How would you contact your spirit guide?

I am a very open-minded person, but I find it difficult to contact or be more open with my spirit guide.

You need to be in regular contact with them, not just when it suits you. Even if its once a week when you shut yourself away and contact them, it will help for you to reach them when you need them quicker next time.

When I make contact with spirit, I usually do it when i have the house to myself so that there is no disctractions. turn off all phones. Play some relaxing music (preferably without vocals) softly and burn some white sage insense to cleanse energies from the room.

Sit with your feet flat on the floor (no shoes) and your hands by your side. Go through your meditation process and allow yourself to open up your charkras one by one.

Make sure you ask for protection and ALWAYS make sure you close yourself off when you are finsihed.  if you are willing to try the above and you have any uncertanties about closing please email me.

There is no real reason to . Your Angels or spirit guides are always with you . It's best to just feel a closeness with them instead of trying to contact them. You might attract something unwanted in your life. Just be careful with what you do.

Your spirit guide is with u at all times. It hears and sees you. You contact them very easily.  They cannot contact you except in dire emergency unless you are experienced in speaking to and hearing entities. Its in the receiving, not sending. I would recommend that before retiring u talk out loud to your spirit guide. Although they know what we are thinking, the thinking process is too muddled for them to get a clear message most of the time. Ask them to answer your question in your dreams and help you to retain it upon awakening. No spiritual guide may refuse. You may not like the answer but you will get one.

According to what I have heard, people may think they have "spirit guides" or "animal allies" or "plant pals" or some such mystical mumbo-jumbo. Apparently you need to go on a magical mystery tour to find them, but that changes from person to person depending who you ask.

If you ask me, spirit guides don't exist at all, so that's probably why you're having difficulty contacting one.

Ask them before sleep to communicate with you. Its is not usually the conscious mind they deal with but the unconscious so in dreams this side of us is opened up. So you may or not remember , just trust that they are always guiding and with you weather you are conscious of it or not.
