How would you decorate a bulletin board for a girl's dorm?

I'm a resident assistant and my theme for the floor is "Metamorphosis", focusing on them changing into young adults but i didn't know what to use as the main decoration on the walls.

Any ideas...or even new theme's would be a great help

To go along with the metamorphosis idea, you should use butterflies as a theme (butterflies change from caterpillars, etc).   You could hang butterflies down the hall coming from the ceilings, make a butterfly for each girl with her name on it and tack it on the door, etc.  There's a whole bunch you could do with that...plus, I think most girls would like that theme.

I hate to tell you this but nobody looks at those things anyway. I don't know about a 'theme' but info on meetings and clubs in the dorms would be useful to put up.
