How would you decorate your living room

With lots of color. Carvings from all over the world that I get when I travel.

And photographs I have taken.

With a big leather couch to flop down on to take a nape.

Bright and airy.

Oh and a cat or two would be good.

minimalist but classic... walnut color wood upholstered sofa in canary yellow, and accent ottoman in terracotta. Heavy Draperies in Canary yellow with beige fringes. roman shade in Beige.

Since our TV is the main focus in our living room, We have ours very calming colors not too much going on. Depends what you are gonna do in there, Since alot of people spend more time in the living room, put things in there that make you happy, We have pictures of our family ALL over the place Have fun!

well, it would depend on my house really, and the main use. i'm thinking when i first move in it's be very comtempory adn modern, with a simplisticness to it that just showed a modest home that was well put together, then, as me and my family grew, it would grow with us and change as we did. ^_^

It all depends on your tastes. I have changed my living room several times in the last 20 years. When I get new furniture I paint the walls to go with the style.
