It depends on what your color is. For some its a hot meal and some where to lay your head. For others its vacationing in Martha Vin yard. For some its seeing your children excel farther than you. Life is different for all people so the american dream is what you want it to be. For me it was getting out of the ghetto i grew up in and never causing my mother a headache. Now i have completed several years in the military where i fought in desert storm and i have completed college and now i am a youth counselor.

I define the American dream to something equivalent to an opportunity to work and make a living in relative peace while raising a family.
