  1. mikey is going to run his Teams into the ground and be forced to fold into Bill Davis or JGR cause i mean if JGR is leading laps every race starting top 10 and has won races this year an the most you got was an 10th place finish something needs to happen  mikey we understand your trying use your own stuff but it just aint working man use some JGR Cars

  2. 55's your number Michael, Not the speed limit!!

  3. Style? Running in the back 30-43 positions is style? Then he gets a top 25 when he's 3 or 4 laps down because of attrition. I used to be a huge fan of his. What he is doing now is not racing-it's sucking sponsor money.

  4. Slow

  5. Mike Waltrip is the next Joey Logonzo...give him a year or two he will be winning everything there is. You heard it here first.

  6. Does he really have a "style" lol

Does losing count......I mean does he ever finish better than 30th??

He is nice and everything but he will never make a top 10 driver.

  7. The first word that comes to mind is pathetic.  I think his days of glory are over.  JMO

  8. Very poor!  Sub standard.  In need of termination.  Slow.

    3 STR8 N 08!!!

  9. extremely aggressive, especially if you happen to be casey mears and you've just crashed into him at richmond...

other than that i'd be more able to describe his sense of humor or on-camera persona than his driving style.  does he have one, other than he's generally good at restrictor plate races?

  10. Mikey takes what he can get - not very aggressive.  He is the type that will save his equipment til the towards the end of the race, then try to race a little harder.  Trouble is his equipment isn't that great since he dug himself in a DEEP hole at the beginning of the '07 season when his cars were caught with some illegal equipment & he hasn't' recovered.

Personally I think Mikey is a below average driver from what is out there now.  When he & Jr were dominating the plate races, he was Jr's little pimp; ran interference to keep Jr up front in both the Cup & the Busch races.  Napa even expressed some concern about that exact situation & that is what started the seperation from DEI.  It unfortunately also shattered Jr's relationship with DEI because Mikey was mature enough to keep Jr guided in the right direction while he was at DEI with him.  Jr was demanding too much too soon from DEI.  He should have just relaxed for a couple of more seasons & he & Martin Truex would have been an awesome team with some great resources & I honestly believe Richard Childress would have handed over the number 3 to Jr to use if he wanted.  Just a sign of being young & I'm sure I'll get a lot of thumbs down for this but Jr is not the sharpest tool in the shop by no means.

  11. He's lucky he is funny and pitches his sponsors constantly because otherwise, he has nothing to offer.  He does crack me up from time to time, but overall, I dont like the guy.  He is full of bad ideas and brown noses Nascar constantly.

  12. The only reason he has a job is because he knows how to treat his sponsors.  Any other driver as old as he is that has his record, is long gone.  The only style he has is that he can play the sponsor's game.

  13. It`s not racing

  14. I'm so glad we have Teresa Earnhardt in here to answer questions about DEI. I'm starting to like her, even though she uses the word "pimp" too fluently. I like the way she represented Michael Waltrip. I feel Junior and Micheal have a little of the same problem going on, and that is... Racing takes it's toll on a man, and these guys have been through a lot. The longer a driver is in this sport, the more respect I have for him, because racing makes things happen fast. As far as driving style, you could say he's consistent.

  15. doggy!
