    A restaurant with a Bar and a Grill. NAme is pretty self-describing.


  2. It just means a restaurant that has a bar.  The grill just refers to the resturant.  Don't make this more complicated than it really is.

  3. In the past a Bar and Grill was describing an architectural element.  The grill was a series of vertical posts sort of forming a room divider.  Eventually it came to mean a place that served alcohol and food.
