How would you describe good business behaviour? Answer full plz this is part of some homewok i got.

  1. You do not say from which aspect.

    As a customer I expect courtesy, a fair price, good after sales service and for all agreements to be honoured (ie replacement of faulty goods, money back guarantee).

    Good customer service, maybe a freephone or local tel no. People to answer who are capable of making decisions and can get at my details on their systems fairly quickly.  If they say they will call back they should do so.


  2. The most important thing is to provide a conducive business area and workplace for customers and staff to do business and work. Give friendly customers services as well as after sales services. Treat staff professionally so that they have the energy and enthusiasm to give the best services to customers. Good business behaviour is good for customers,staff and the business.
