This is for all the catfish fans out there, because I'm looking for words that are positive. Not "nasty" or "muddy" or "gross".

Thanks everyone!

However most recently it was discovered that fish farms in China allowed chickens to hover over the ponds thus there droppings became food for the fish (including catfish). Lots of seafood imported from China. Catfish is a bottom fish and will assume the flavor of its source. Mississippi Farm Raised Catfish is mild to rich flavored.
