How would you describe the taste of cinnamon?

i love it in cookies and such but i just don't know how to really describe it to my friend who doesn't want to try it.

  3. Let your friend take a whiff.  Then tell him/her it tastes infinitely better than the wonderful aroma.  

    How would you describe a starry sky to someone who is blind?  Or the sound of music to someone who is deaf?  Some things just have to be experienced.

  6. Take a piece of white bread put on a few thin dabs of butter cover it with sugar then douse it wit Cinnamon toss it sugar side down in a  medium hot skillet till it forms a sugar glace then toss it on a plate in front of your friend with a glass of milk.

    If this friend of yours doesn't eat it so much the better for you.
