How would you eliminate dominance?

How you would eliminate dominance? Give an example of a dominant/minority group relationship. What would you do on a societal level to equalize the relationship between the two groups?

make em all strip naked, pour cold water on em, and put them on stage for the world to see..ha ha. that'll fix'em

Tough question, I've never allowed myself to be dominated but I am not of a minority. On a societal level I can do nothing. On a personal level I just won't let it happen within reach of my hands.
