How would you feel about this situation?

I was with my friend who's little grandson is not even 5 years old yet. Well, he threw a rock at a cat like I guess some kids do, and it hit the cat in the head. The cat didn't make it. I just stood there and my legs wouldn't move me. After the shock wore off I just drove home in silence. I'm not sure how I should feel. My friend buried the cat out in the woods behind their house and I know she feels just terrible on the inside. It was just a little kid being silly and made a mistake. But I have no idea how to feel....

somebody give me some advice. I feel so bad about the whole situation.

yea i would feel bad..

i know hes five but make sure you tell him that was a bad thing to do..

throwing rocks is wrong

killing is wrong

you or your friend are not the parents

the parents must be informed.

told with the child present.

I hope you showed the child what he or she has done.

other than that, you must be careful... as you are not the parents

If this is not responded to with a corrective action plan,  the behaviour will get worse.

It cloud be s symptom of problems at home.
