  1. I keep a cloth 're-bag' in my vehicles. Only WE can stop pollution! ;-)=

  2. I would love it! I carry my own cloth bag plus a backback to carry groceries on the train (live in Chicago). Just recently read that China has banned free plastic bags and I believe they are the 3rd country to do so. Chicago needs to get their recycling program in gear also! I have to cart my recycling from my apartment building myself.

  3. I would be thoroughly annoyed at first and forget to take my own bags all the time.  And then ~sigh~ I would adjust.  But what would I use to line my little garbage cans at home?

  4. That's the way it is here for a long time now (Ireland) and yes I remember to take my own - at first I did forget but then I decided to just keep one in my handbag.  It really does reduce plastic waste -

  5. I live in Finland here bags cost money to save the environment.

Just buy a bag or keep one in your bag just in case you go  to the store!!

  6. I would love for this to happen in the US! I already bring reusable bags to shops, but not enough people do. I think maybe at one or two grocery stores they are charging for the plastic bags if you don't bring your own. I would like to see that program in every store!

  7. many stores are starting to charge for bags, or offering you higher quality bags for purchase.

  8. I probably would just load my stuff in the car without them then carry it in the house.

That would suck though because I would actually have to but bags to take my lunch to work in.
