How would you feel if you accidentally killed someone in a street fight with just one punch?

Would you consider that murder even if it was a freak thing that normally doesn't happen?

If I was in a street fight I would be trying to kill the guy that is why you don,t street fight. Why would you get into a fight and think if I hit this guy to hard I might kill him that is one of the risk you take when you get into a street fight

That happend a month ago. They had something like a beer fest where I live and these 2 guys got into a fight and the first punch thrown hit the guy at the right spot in the neck area and it dropped him to the ground then he died a little bit later.

It really does not matter what I/you think.  It matters what a judge and jury thinks.  Your at least looking at Manslaughter charges and jail time.  If you're lucky, and you can show some sign of self defense you may get off with Battery.  

You're right.. freaky things like that happen.  That's why you should walk away.  You know... he could get a freaky lucky punch that kills you too!  It works both ways.

not a big deal. i've had similar situations several times with dogs that attacked me on the street. in these situations, you do what you need to do.

i would feel like a super human, to know that i can kill a man with just one punch, that s**t is incredible.

I'd feel bad--it's still murder.  That said, if he was ready to kill me, then it would be self-defense.  I would prefer, though, to stay out of the situation in the first place.
