How would you find out school exam results from years ago...?

High school transcripts are saved.  You can go back to your high school and ask to see your transcript.  Also,  many states now have a website that an administer can visit that will allow them to see test results from state testing and also your report card grades.  Talk to the secretary at your high school or school administration building.

P.S. depending on how long you have been out of school, you should have a cumulative file that should have all your grades and state testing results in it from Kindergarten through Graduation.
