That isn't blood it is the paint from the paintball gun. It comes up with soap, water, and a lot of elbow grease.

Thats gross. I would probably replace the rug. If the blood is still damp then cold water or club soda and blot it up with a towel. Dried blood can be removed with peroxide. Good luck!
