  1. Your best friend is an alarm clock.  Set it the same time each morning.  Get up and stay up.  Eventually your body will get the idea.

In addition, eat sleep inducing food before you want to sleep.  Such as turkey, milk, and a carb.  It'll get you drowsy.

Exercise in the morning.  In the evening, it'll rev you up.

If the above fails, ask your doc for a sleep aid to use for a short duration until your body and mind cooperate with your goal.

Relax.  You'll straighten it out.  And once you're in school, it'll be easy sailing going to sleep and waking up properly.

  2. Try waking up an hour or two earlier than you usually do. Do some strenuous exercise a few hours before the time you want to go to bed and see what happens.
