  1. Well, if you want to stop a bad habit, do it the easy way. It takes 21 days to make and break a habit. So just go 21 days without doing whatever your habit is.


  2. It is called faith and determination to your goal. Self discipline is necessary to quit bad habit.

  3. Well without being around mu'slims, you'll have to do as you do in Rhamadhan.

    That is fasting. Reading the quran (you'll need to understand what you read), learning about the prophet muhammed and his qualities.
