  1. Replace all the spaces with carriage returns/line feeds.

    In Word, they call it a "manual line break." It is represented by ^l, which I think is an "L." You can find it in the "Replace" dialog (Ctrl+H). Click More, then click Special to insert one in the Replace With field.

    Perhaps you want to move the three columns into one (and not lose track of the names in parentheses).

    I have a text editor that can copy columns of text. That's what I'd use. You can get a trial version. See www.ultraedit.com. There are other editors that can do this, too.
