If you are in Great Britain, you will be better off taking it to a specialist who deals with and understands the M.S.V.A.

Unless the bike can pass the M.S.V.A. test, you won't get a registration number for it.

Take it to the DMV with certificates of origin and your purchase receipts for the frame and engine.You might want to call them first and see if there's anything else you need to do or bring.

well if the frame still has a number its a lot easyer..no numbers can be a lot harder to do...
