  1. If you look at their catalogues you will see they are brand buyers. They buy a number of products from certain manufacturers increasing their bulk purchase power.

    If you have something so rare they would break policy and buy from you, you are targeting the wrong outlet.

    All the big stores have aggressive purchase policy, if they don't actively seek you out, it's because they can buy the same elsewhere cheaper.
