How would you handle the love

well me and my man split a few days ago and he told me that it was cause he was cheating on me but i talked to his sister and she told me that he lied about cheating on me.. i would like to tell him how i feel but i can't... also he has got mad at me cause i'm still friends with my ex thats in prison... he doesnt understand that this guy has been in my life for 12 years and i just like him as a friend and i love the guy i was with.. i also have another male friend that ive been friends with for 13 years just come back in my life after not talking to him in 7 years and i dont know how to handle the whole situation cause i'm so confussed!!!!

Be happy you're not with the one you just broke up with, you can be with someone who isn't a jealous nutbag. Take it slow with the old one from your past. Most of all, take a break! All this guy hopping isn't good for the soul! Get to know yourself again.
