How would you know if you have a good ?

speaking/vocal voice, a commanding voice. (speak clearly) how would one know if they have THAT voice. where people would like to hear you talk.

Make a recording and listen to it. Hardly world-shattering advice, I know, but easy.

when u speak well n front of others when givin a speech or anything else like that....when they might say WOW u are a very public speaker and u speak well.

I think your first clue might be; has anyone ever complimented you on your speaking voice?

Personally, I've heard several people who I thought should be on the radio or do voice overs for TV.  

But even if no one has told you that you have a good voice, you might try recording yourself.  

If I passed both of these tests, I would go to a voice coach for an evaluation.  Nobody's perfect...and a coach could show you a few simple excerises to improve certain aspects of your voice.
