I would never think "Kie-ruh" (kie rhyming with die) - I can't think how that'd be spelt.

"Key-air-uh" is Kiara (or also Key-ah-rah), or maybe even Kierra.

"Kir-uh" = Keira, Kira, or Kyra (im think the i is short like in clip?)

I would think Kyra as sounding like "Keera" or "Kirra"

If it's for your baby, which I hope it is, then I'm sure you can pronounce it anyway that you would like. I personally like kir-uh. Some names can be pronounced more than one way. You even gave three pronounciations yourself. Another example is like Caro-line and Caro-lynn.
