How would you put priorities? God, spouse, child ?

My first priority is God and he lays on the rest too.

Second priority is my spouse.

Third is my child and family.

Fourth is friends and people around me which expands to the rest of people in this world.

How would you put priorities?

God, Holy spirit, and Jesus are all number 1

number 2 would be family

number 3 would be school

number 4 would be spouse/boyfriend

number 5 would be friends.

How would I put these priorities?

1) God.  God is my Creator, the very reason I exist.  My life is a testimony to His greatness, and the very least I can do in return is put Him first.  (Matthew 22:37-38)

2) Spouse.  Our children need to see what a truly loving relationship is about.  If they can't see true romantic love in action, they will have no ability to form their own successful relationships.  Lead by example.  (Proverbs 12:4 - "An excellent wife is the crown of her husband")

3) Children.  Psalm 127 says children are a reward.  At the same time, they are a great responsibility.  Never, ever make the mistake of being "friends" with your children.  They need to know that you are the authority.  They need to respect you.  They need structure.  Friends don't provide such things.  Parents do. (Proverbs 22:6)

4) Other Family.  Genesis 2:24 says a man shall leave his mother and father and be joined to his wife and they shall become one flesh.  He has left them.  He is still expected to honour them, but it's clear from Genesis 2:24 that God commands that marriage sees a shift in loyalties from parents to spouse.

5) Friends/Other human beings.  "Friends" are just other human beings who happen to know you better than strangers.  Don't put them above the man on the street.  To do so means you're showing favouritism between people.  (James 2:1-13)

First you are a mother, then a wife.  After that you can put everything else in whatever order you like.

I think God would want you to put your child and not him first, in doing so you would better honor God.

God wants you to care for your child. With so many abused starving helpless children in the world tonight it is obvious that he cannot do it for you.

You sound like a decent person but to anyone who neglects or abuses a child in the name of God or for any reason should burn in h**l for eternity.

my first priority is god because he is the only person give faith for our future , with him only we can share all the problems and if our wish did not happen we can scold him. so god is first
