  1. 9.

  2. Palin is a ten.

  3. 8

  4. 2 out of 10.  The Charmin of candidates.  So squeezably soft, and perfectly suitable for wiping your A.

  5. 8 for style and presentation.

5 for substance. (more Republican LIES)

She had to be sequestered all week preparing to get the lies right. Typical KKKarl Rove tactics.

  6. It was a 9 - a very good delivery.

  7. 5, very average

  8. 1 ... (it was comprised of unresearched and incorrect information)

The bad thing is many voters won't do the research themselves to discover this

  9. 9/10. It was a perfect speech.

  10. 10.

She put the nail in the Obama-Biden coffin.

  11. 9.5 she was awesome

  12. Zero it was like watching a Reality Show on Fox News. No substance but just of hot air.

  13. 3

It was an uninspired reading of republican talking points.

Naturally the devoted Palinites howled with glee like rapid dogs after each point was made.

  14. One. Her speech were full of erroneous & exaggerated information, and meaningless fact about her herself. Hockey mom BS.

  15. 10 - she's very effective...

  16. An 8 for sure.  She did a great job.  She was very clear,  articulate and spoke with absolute conviction.

  17. About a five, she once again went over McCain being a POW.  Repeated her hockey mom, love my husband lines from Tuesday.

Threw some red meat at the audience.

    Nothing exceptionally good or bad.

She was a sports announcer on TV, and majored in journalism and communications in college, she should be a good, clear, speaker.

  18. 5. Palin showed herself to be an effective speaker, at least in front of a teleprompter. But her sarcastic and condescending tones did her (or McCain) no favors. I thought the use of her special needs child to appeal to voters was absolutely shameful.

  19. Palin was a 9...still need to see more, but it was pretty awesome.

Rudy gave a 10----he really nailed it!!!

    (Maybe I'm being sexist.)

PS: I thought Linda Lingle was great---who knew that hawaii had a Republican Governor! I pictured it like a bottom of the ninth baseball rally with Huckabee and Lingle hitting solid doubles, and Rudy and Sarah coming up hitting back-to-back Home Runs!!!

  20. 1.

At first I was glad McCain picked her, because I thought even Republicans wouldn't be idiotic enough to follow this moronic woman; they never cease to amaze me.

How does she consider being the mayor of a town with something like 3,000 people more of a "responsible" job than being a Senator? And the hockey mom/pit bull thing was ridiculous, irrelevant, and hilarious all at once.

  21. Meaningless - just like all the convention drivel - rate canidates on what they can do, what have they done  etc. Not on a speech. There are thousands out there that can write a good speech, not one of them is a candidate.

  22. 3.  It was well-delivered but lacked substance and contained misleading statements, if not outright lies. I didn't like her sarcastic style and personal attacks and no mention of the most important issues.

  23. I like sarah palin ok, and as i am a McCain backer for sure, i was waiting for a real tougher speech than she delivered. and even though i am backing the duo, i was wishing that she had been tougher last night. i would rate it about a 6 , i think she is real and not typical of the average politician, i would have still preferred Romney. i thought he was the better choice for this ticket.

  24. 10 out of 10

Perfect and completely destroyed any hopes of Obama/Biden. The speech will go down in history.
