How would you rate The Home Depot's customer service on a scaleof 1-10 and why?

I hear that contractor services suck, was wondering bout the rest!

for their store I would say 3, they don't know nothing, i asked where sand was to make concrete and they pointed me out something else

For tool rental I would have to give an 8, because their bit was dull when I rented something and they fixed it for me and gave me another day for free.

It depends on what store you want to rate.

One store may be great but another lousy.
