i would defiantly star westbrook (wish i had him) and joseph addai, tj h. and fitz. probly should go with eli.....

I would start Eli and definitely try to better your defense.  Recievers are tight and your running backs are awesome for someone with no experience as you say.  

Follow it and you'll become addicted.

Your backs and wide outs are solid.

You need to get a new defense. The G-men lost their two best defenders (Strahan retired and Big U is out for the season)
