I would prefer them to say Maddy has been found, kind of feel that a case has to start before it can be re-started. There seems to of been more delaying, excuses and hampering the investigation in this case, than there has been any real effort to find Maddy. These problems in the case have been caused by both the parents and the authorities, both parties have been more interested in scoring points off each other than they have in finding the child x

feel really bad for all the other parents out there in the world who get no publicity when their children are kidnapped or lost when this familly has had more than their share of attention and public support.

rosebud the case has not been closed it has been shelved and will be reactivated if new evidence comes to light, as for my reaction?? well i woulld have expected it so it would have come as no surprise

Everyone seems to be saying they were so bad. Don't see the people mention the hundreds of police from Portugal that worked their days off. Nor do they seem to mention that they worked overtime unpaid and did not complain about it. I think they done what they could sure some made mistakes but the bashing of the police is not fair really it is not. They had the biggest search in the history of Portugal within hours of been told. It may not have looked good to the press but the press never I believe had to set up a search for a person so they should never say things about a search when they never tried to organise one on their own without police help.

It would be better to have it read "Dog the bounty hunter now searching for missing Maddie." The kid might have a chance then.
