How would you set up a scoring sheet for a childrens talent show?

Hello,

I'm in charge of a children's talent show for the neighborhood. I am currently working on the scoring sheet for the judges. Unfortunately I can't figure out what to score the kids on! So besides creativity and skill, what would you put?

happy personality and fun and effort. you need to be pretty gentle with the kids. depending on how young they are you may even want to consider a way for all of them being able to qualify for some sort of prize or certificate.

how well prepared.

how well the act flowed.  (dead spots etc.)

difficult level

i'm thinking originality. it's kind of similar to creativity though. how about presentation or effort?

People Skills. IF they smiled while they did it. or if they looked uncomfortable

How there Dressed for the act, If they put effort into a costume or nice cloths for playing music or something or if there just in a old shirt and jeans you know like they where going to spend the day playing outside and not be in a show
