How about Shufczyk - if it's Polish, it's got a "czyk" at the end - pronounced "check". Although the first part may not necessarily be "shu" since Polish Ss and Zs have a diacritical mark over just an S or Z that gives it the Sh or Zh sound. Most have been Americanized to include an "h" for English clarity.
