How would you stretch for a toe touch tuck and a toe touch backhandspring?

i need it for cheer im in the front for them and mine looks like c**p

  1. i stretch my hamstrings.

    ask your coach though.


  2. do stretches and workouts for toe touches,tucks and backhansprings

    like jump tucks and jump backhandsprings stretch your toe touches really well and think about how to do each move correctly as you do it

    like if your thinking about your tuck only then your toe touch wont be that great.. if you know what i mean

    practice makes perfect

  4. Ask the trainer or coach.   You don't want to injure your hamstring or achilles tendon, so get qualified advice from a professional.
