Basically, I would tend to think you find her a bossy, arogant, know-it all who tells you things for you own good.  She means well, but doesn't understand you need to experience life for yourself.  See, she is totally in fixed signs and quite rigid in her thinking, and believing, although from a loving heart, she knows what's best for you.  You both have mommy/daddy issues which are complicating the relationship.  So she has a tendency to be too bossy, but she doesn't mean to be. You are both rebels; but in the end, best of friends with messed up parents.  See, and this is just general without knowing the degrees, but if one sister has Aries rising, that means she has Gemini on the third, which says, "My sibling." So you have to look to where mercury is.  And the other sister has Aquarius rising, gives her Aries, on the third of brothers and sisters.
