  1. I don't know if you have ever been to mass before, but if you haven't, it is very choreographed, and you either find it beautiful or silly.  The only way I could see the Catholic and Baptist churches relating to each other is through God.  But even there views on that are very different.  Catholics will tend to be more liberal and "forgiving".  Baptists are very Conservative, and tend to be prejudice against many other religions.  Catholics hold there head up high, and so do the Baptists.  Catholics drink in church, where as Baptists, drink in a bar.  If you consider the fact that the main thing that relates them to each other is the fact that they seem to think that they are the ones that have it right in the world, then they are all a little silly, and honestly were created just to have something to do on Sunday.  Catholic service will only last about an hour, is held every day, and on some days 3-6 times a day.  Have you ever seen a Baptist church so devoted?  My best advice for you would be to go to each one, and make an opinion for yourself, because everyone, will tell you something different.

  2. dont know the first thing about religion it all seems like other fairy tales to me its something your intelligence grows beyond

  3. Both of these serve a purpose, socioligically speaking. Each provide a place of worship for people who need one. Each give people a chance to "belong" somewhere...a very basic human need. To be a "part of" is very satisfying and in a place of worship, be it a church, on the street, in a rollerskating rink or wherever, sharing some core beliefs with like minded people advance us individually.
