How would you visualize when all of the outer stimuli and even your sentiments therefrom say otherwise?

A good daydream to see something extra pleasant. A good number of people will be helped by this, maybe even me directly someday.

Hmmm, not sure what you mean here.  Are you talking about convincing yourself to believe in something that is contrary to reality?  If you are in prison I imagine it's pleasant to take your thoughts elsewhere.  When my bank account is near zero I like to imagine I've won the lottery.  However, detaching yourself from reality too often can be harmful to your mental health.  Everybody needs a break from the reality of life once in a while, but spending too much time there just makes dealing with the real world more difficult.  This can result in the development of a dis-associative defense mechanism and that's no fun.

  4. meditation can help, if you dont know meditation find someone that does, id tell you but meditation can go wrong if your not careful
