How would you wash jeans with khakis?

i would like to be able to wash jeans and khakis together but im not sure how or what is the best way

turn the khakis inside out

wash at 30 or 40

use a colour powder that does not contain bleach or optical brightener

Wash in cold water.

It doesn't clean as well as warm, but if they aren't too dirty and the they have been washed before (colorfast) you shouldn't have a problem.

I wash mine together, my darker khaki's with jeans that is. The really light ones can get a little ghosting if washed with dark jeans.
