your clinic recently ordered chemical reagents from a well known supplier.unfortunately these reagents had expired and could not be used.write a letter of complaint.

1.as the person in charge of the laboratory,write a memorandum to your supervisor to inform him of this development.

2.your supervisor has asked you to write a letter of complaint to the supplier to inform them of this development and to request them to rectify the mistake.

any assistance in the quickest possible time will be of great aid to me and i will highly appreciate.

  1. John, SUDX sent us expired reagents.  I am in the process of getting this rectified.  

    Dear SUDX I am sure you will want to be informed of the expired reagents we received.  How soon will you be able to rectify this issue.  We need the product to finish our project.
