How you can get Federal Grants for a Day care center in NJ?

I know there is a lot of money that the Goverment give to the people , and all , but is the same rules or procedure , here in NJ? thanks I need really valuable help, please submit any website info ( if you know any)

Contact catholic charities they assist with childcare it may be a waiting list but just google and depending on where you live they will direct you also contact the county board of social services you live in they should be able to point you into the right direction.
