Abortion is harder to tell, probably the only way would be to ask. The only real physical evidence would be scarring on the inside of the uterus but you can't exactly see that, unless she aborted far enough along into the pregnancy to have stretch marks.

How to tell she's given birth...again, you could ask. If she's with a kid who looks like her it's also a good bet that she's had a baby. LOL There are physical signs but it would be an invasion of her privacy to see them. Stretch marks etc.

Even then stretch marks aren't accurate because you can get them from gaining and losing weight as well.

You have to look at her hands. When a woman becomes pregnant, it releases a hormone that increases the length of her pinky finger substantially. If her pinky finger reaches at least to the cuticle on her ring finger, you know for certain that she has been knocked up at some point in her life.
