How you check who is e-mail address holder?

i have e-mail address and i would like to see who is this.all webs thet i check you have to pay is enything for free?

The last time I checked, it was possible to do a "whois" search for free.  That will give you a name and address; you could then write/call/email to the domain name owner and ask directly.
