Quick stops and starts, speeding, and wear your seat belt.

In the community, report any pot holes, water line leaks, broken or rotten tree branches. Garbage not picked up, yards and lawns with grown up grass and junk in the yards.

Stray dogs or animals roaming loose.

In the workplace, sit straight, keep your work space clear of clutter, take breaks from the same position, check electrical cords periodically...be sure to log off your computer and do not leave your material or code words in plain view of others.

At home:

The most dangerous place is the bathroom, have a rubber mat in the shower, a rug to stand on when you get out so you are not walking on a slippery floor.

In the kitchen keep a fire extinguisher available at all times for kitchen fires...Have smoke detectors, an escape plan for fires or storms...........thank you
