    That's why they are inplace.

I am sure you know that most people will not have the Time and willingness to find the means to start a case against the authorities .Councils have use of our Money to provide themselves a permanent Defence lawyer to professionally present even a rotten Council case. The Authorities bank on peoples situation to worry themselves, and in order to avoid further Stress pay a  wrongly imposed Fine into the Council's Coffers.Muggers operate in different disguises.

  3. Go to citizens advice bureauand discuss your problem with them. They will tell you whether you are right and point you in the right direction for legal aid and then onto the courts.It takes a long time but do not give in.Sue them for whatever you can.The Labour Government is corrupt and dangerous.

  4. Most of the time we are right and know what we are doing, but you should never physically fight us, take it to the courts.

    By our very nature (humans) we cannot get everything right all the time.

    The losers in these situations seem to be the loud mouths that think being obstructive will help them.

    In NY, you can civilly petition against the goverment under Article 78.
