How young can you be to play a sport in the summer games?

i have seen these 15 yrs old girls who are doing the gym stuff in the games in china

16 years old but the rule is not really enforced the Chinese gymnastic girls are only like 13 but they have fake id

technically they have to be 16 to compete in gymnastic,s but the only thing that counts is the age on the government issued passports.  Many people think that the Chinese have an underaged team, but there is really nothing that can be done about it.

The age is 16. However, if you are the host with a totalitarian govn you may make false birth certificates for your athletes making any age okay.

Gymnasts have to be 16 or turning 16 in the Olympic year.
