  1. Not sooner than the legal age where you are..There is no good age and all you end up doing is looking stupid and  doing other things that are not in the least fun-and possibly dangerous...Not to mentioned how you feel the next day-you do not want to go through that!!

  2. If you can walk into a liquor store with money in your hand, you should be able to get whatever you want no matter what your age is.

  3. If you get drunk at any age you wont be able to walk in a straight line...the only diffrence is usually a bigger person can consume more that a smaller person because of their size.......the age i think it should stay at 18+

  4. well.. every1 i no started at 11/12 but.. i havnt actually gt pis*d outa head drunk yet ..

  5. Well, America is the only county where the age is so high.

18 sounds good- but for countries with stupid people like here in the US- they should have to take like a test to get a drinking permit that legalizing drinking at that age.

  6. Drinking from  a young age can be dangerous, it is damaging for your health as your body is still growing and developing. Also not knowing your limits can gave potentially fatal consequences so it is important to understand how much alcohol is safe. I would say from the age of 16 onwards but seriously depending on your mentality towards alcohol and how sensible you are. Drinking to relax and have fun is one think but drinking to get paralytic and put yourself (and potentially others) in danger is another. It's not kids play.

  7. there is no 'good age' to strip yourself of all your dignity and make yourself look like a complete fool

  8. I was about 12/13 when I had my first couple of drinks.

I think the age limit should be around 16. The reason for this is when kids get Independence around 18 and go to college/Uni they can go off the rails completely when they are trying to keep up with other kids who have been drinking for years. I've seen it happen to some people who were really smart/ shy etc in school and then rebelled totally.

When I have kids I will try to teach them to drink responsibly when they are 15 / 16

  9. I think alcohol should be introduced to children from 12 onwards like on the continent (like wine with special dinners and things).

Brits might not be so bloody obsessed with getting smashed then when they do finally get their hands on it.

  10. just dont...... if ur a young kid wanting to fit in with the "cool kids" then u need to get a life aha

  11. dont do it no good done it plenty times

  12. when your young

cause when your old you get worst hangovers than when your young

  13. I was going to answer your question seriously until I opened it and read the rest.

If the mystery was taken out of alcohol by allowing children to be educated and have a sip or small glass of watered down wine like the French do we wouldn't have this explosion as in above question!!

  14. drink at 21 get seriusly drunk at 25

  15. umm.. underaged drinking is illegal so it depends on which state u live in and what the law is for how old u must be atleast to drink alchohol..

never drink and drive man.. i miss some ppl from my life cos of that.

  16. There is no good age to get that drunk.

  17. why would you want to get drunk getting merry is ok lol

  18. after 13....a few sips from parent's glass is okay...15/16 on ur own is okay...well most start from this age...

i just started last year...but i do it occasionally

  19. There is no good age where you can get drunk to the point you can't still walk in a straight line.

But I suppose 21 would be the best since it is legal then.

  20. There is no good age at which to get drunk.

When should kids be introduced to alcohol?  They should be taught about it,  taught to respect it, and have responsible behaviour modeled from the very start.  But 12 sounds reasonable for having a wine glass set aside for them at the table...even if it is watered down considerably.  I could live with even earlier.
