Howa varminter w/ Hogue stock in .308

Does anyone have any experience w/ the new howa varminter in .308 with the Hogue stock. Are they worth considering?

  2. YES, very much worth your consideration. This is the same factory that makes Weatherby Vanguard rifles. The Howa is maybe not as fine finished and a couple of personal touches the Weatherby gets but it is the same animal with different stamps and box. Plus Weatherby doesn't offer a Hogue stock.  

  3. Yes they are howa is a fine firearm.
