I recieved expected mail via Canada Post in BC from Manitoba in less than a week. I've been waiting for one thing for almost three weeks now, and it's only a two hour ferry ride away. It's like right there, I may aswell go pick it up myself. It'll cost me more, but howcome mail is slower the closer you are to the point of its origin?

  1. It all depends on the routing. Mail has to go through certain points before it can be delivered. I don't know all of those points, but Canada Post should be able to explain it.

  2. They ship it all to Toronto to sort then ship it all back.   ;)  Haven't you seen all those Canada Post trucks on the trans-Canada?
