Howcome my bettas tail has white spots on it?

Its most likely ick. Ick is caused by stress. When fish get stressed, they produce too much slime that causes ick. Put 1 tablespoon of non-iodized Mortan salt for every 5 gallons.

its ich and it will eventually kill your fish you need to go to go to a pet store and buy it medicine before its to late!

Sounds like ich to me. It is a parasite that could well kill your fish. Turn up his heater, turn off the lights and dose with a fish med that contains either Copper, or Malachite Green- these are kinda harsh meds- but the only ones that will really work well for ich so be careful and does according to the label's instructions.
