Howcome my manectrics sp atk wont go passed its speed?

Question

i am full aware of EV'S i try to put as many sp atk EV'S as i can but it doesnt matter because it will always be two lower than my speed

the speed is 160 and my sp atk is 158 so to example lets say my speed goes to 165. When i grow a level the max i can get my sp atk to is 163 even if i put 252 sp atk evs. lvl 51 manectric

It stats won't increase to MAX if it's only 50 level, if you level your Manectric to 100 and use him in the battle tower, you'll see that it's stats are maxed. Also go to Sunyshore city and go to the another mart(not the blue pokemon mart) and speak to a girl at the left, she will let you now if your manetric's EVs maxed.

You might be fully aware of ev's, but are you aware that natures and iv's play a part in stats to? If not i suggest you go and read a few online guides.
