Howdo males place family jewells when horseriding to avoid severe pain and injury?

This is actually a serious question in order to avoid future discomfort in the saddle.

Wear an athletic supporter and don't worry about it !! Honestly, the questions people ask sometimes..... they drive me NUTS  !!!

alright first of all dont ride in an english saddle (they really hurt the nuts).  once youve been riding for a while you learn to move with the horse and its not that bad.  occasionally i still have horses that will catch me off guard and ill be hurtin for awhile but its usually when they jump or buck and im not expecting it.  good luck.

Proper saddle seat comes from adjusting the Sturups so that your weight is supported at your ankles, you dont rest all your weight in the saddle, unless your riding redneck western style!

You want to balance yourself in the sturups heels down only resting your bum on the saddle!
