no it doesn't cost any money unless you want to buy passes. passes get you extra's in the game. You can change your horses gender, coat, give them forever life, and you need a pass to get these things from the black market. I play and I just use my old passed away horses over the age of 31 to get the passes instead of buying cuz I really can't afford to buy passes to improve my horses.

no you can register for free and everything you only need to pay if you want a pass but you dont need passes unles you want to get stuff from the blackmarket. passes are like money thing and you can buy special things from the blackmarket that make you mare have foals, you can get special colours and stuff like that.

it does not cost money to play, but it does for passes. you can get free passes though! as of your 50th day you can get a free pass every 30 days, but you have to use the game money(like 30% of your reserve money)

As far as I know it is free. I know you can register for free. I don't think the game costs anything to play either.
