  1. reasonably good

  3. hmm...im not sure about the whole of oz but i come from a place on the Mid North Coast of NSW (which is 6 hours from sydney and 4 hours from Brisbane) which you could call rural.

Medical is fine, there is a good hospital half an hour away and a doctor in the local town. school is also pretty good, i recently moved to singapore and am at the australian nternation school and the quality of teaching is similar. There is a TAFE half an hour away (nearest big town), but often its best to go to university in brisbane or sydney etc. Its also good to live these areas as its not as bustling as cities, and if there is a beach or something nearby it wont be crowded. Overall life is pretty darn good (as long as you aren't looking for amazing shopping and fancy resorts)
